This post provides helpful suggestions!   Government websites provide the most accurate information.   Besides their tourism bureaus, this info is mostly logistical, however very important.   Entry / Visa regulations and protocols for example, Required vaccinations (if any), and other important matters.   Some non-extradite countries (such as Mexico) REQUIRE a notarized letter from a non-traveling parent of a minor, consenting that the minor ca...

With a couple of hundred countries in the world, plenty to choose from. At this point in your life, you have no doubt thought about this, perhaps at length.   You have some favorites in mind.  Welcome to my blog and this very first post! Congratulations on considering becoming a nomad, or perhaps you have already started this journey (both figuratively and literally!). During my long career in travel & tourism, writing and proofreading has been a part of my many duties. Not as fun as travelling around the world, but still, I enjoy writing!  I was thrilled to have written a tour proposal for a lengthy tour through Southeast Asia that was requested by the famed author, Michael Crichton!  My professional writing has also included input and editing for National Geographic tour programs, and so much more. I promise you that I will put as much effort into this personal blog which I have created to assist those who wish to become nomadic, as I have during my travel career!   I have just arrived in Oaxaca, here for 3 months.  My Airbnb accommodations features several terraces overlooking the city from a high vantage point.  Many comfy chairs an...
